最近我家电脑不知到为什么,一开机显示屏就会出现NO 等字样,下面还有6,5,4,3,2,1,然后就开始关闭,主机的红色灯也没亮了,不管按什么都没用,只能按总开关了.而且时间不一,有时是一开机,有时是几个小时......烦啊~~怎么回事?望指教.
楼主从你的描述来看，很不幸告诉你，你的爱机是中病毒了，而且是木马病毒，从你开机症状来看，我估计你的爱机很可能是中了远程特洛伊木马病毒，要解决这个办法有两个，第一个是如果你能开机的话，那么你进入电脑的“安全启动模式”，进入到安全模式以后，用你的杀毒软件进行杀毒，如果这个方法不行的话，那么你只好先重装系统，然后再在重新下载杀毒软件进行安装，之后再进行杀毒。
如果这两种方法都不行的话，那只好用最后一种不得以而为之的办法，那就是重新格式化你电脑硬盘并进行重新分区，之后再重装系统，当然这个方法是最彻底也是最有效的，但是这个方法给你带来的损失也是无法估计的，因为用这个办法以后，你电脑中所有存储的重要资料、数据都会丢失掉的，但是你用了这个方法以后，你要想恢复因为格式化硬盘所丢失的资料，你可以在我个人中心里面的共享资料下载删除文件恢复工具，这个工具里面提供格式化恢复选项，但这个恢复也不是全部能够恢复，至于能够恢复多少，就全看你的运气了。
