I am going fishing next week.
I am going to go fishing next week.

I plan to go fishing next week.

I will go fishing next week。

  •   You have been fishing here for quite a few day without much catching。 Now let me get the fish for you。
    1) be going to
The expression has undergone a long process of grammaticalization to become a means of expressing the present cause and the future result as illustrated by the sentences in (1)
    (1) a。
She is going to have a baby (she is pregent now) b。 It is going to rain (it is cloudy now) The expression is also used to express the present intention and the future action as shown in (2) (2) I am going to buy a car。
So in your case you have to say "I am going to go fishing next week"。 2) present continuousd with future meaning In English, we can use continuous aspect in present with verbs referring to the change of state to indicate an immedaite happening as illustrated by the sentences in (3)。
       (3) a。 John is leaving b。 The plane is arriving。 c。 Mary is going to school。 In such a case, it is uncommon to use an adverbail of time because the continuous aspect implies the immediate future。
Your two sentences show a close relation existing between them, and your question seeks the difference in the meaning of the expressions。
I hope you can find the answer now。

  • be going to 后面加动词原形,这里going不起到go的作用,因此第二句对

  • I think two sentence are all right。

有关be going to do与will的区别,请你查一下书,或者问一下老师。
