这个报告是告诉你你系统目前某个硬件或软件间产生了冲突，你需要卸载掉你最近安装的硬件或软件 找硬件的方法： 在我的电脑里面的“C:\Windows”目录中有一个ntbtlog.txt文件，可以将系统启动过程中加载和未加载的驱动程序记录在上面。 重新启动电脑后按住F8进入WindowsXP高级选项菜单，选择“启用启动日志”模式进入后，就可以查看ntbtlog.txt文件，就可以发现其中“Loadeddriver”代表加载了的驱动程序，而“Didnotloaddriver”代表未加载的驱动，找到不合理的驱动后进入设备管理器将其卸载，然后重新安装驱动程序 至于找软件就需要你自己回忆了
