求助：雅虎邮件提醒精灵不能登录!

如题。显示“无法登录。请设置网络设置！” 
另外：有时任务管理器结束后再启动可以成功 

本人网通 pppoe拨号上网 
 
杀毒/防火墙只安装了avast 
系统xp sp2（且新重装过） 
提醒精灵是从雅虎主页下的
