部分否定和全部否定
Both the windows are not open 为部分否定句 意思是 2扇窗户并不都是开着的 , 如果想表示全部否定, 2扇窗户都不是开着的 怎么表达 要有NOT

应该是:Neither of the windows is open。 （1）not与all, every, both连用，表示部分否定，not可以放在这些词前，也可以放在句中。not all/every…用于三者以上部分否定，not both/both…not…用于两者部分否定。
