摘要：随着工业的发展，SO2 排放量的逐年增加，如果对SO2排放浓度不加以控制，对环境必将会造成恶劣的影响，本文通过对五星公司原有的烟气脱硫除尘设备的分析以及对烟气脱硫的技术方法的研究，对各种烟气除尘方法加以比较，得出石灰石/石灰湿法抛弃法烟气脱硫处理技术较合适，该项技术的特点是反应速度快，脱硫效率高，钙利用率高，工艺技术最为成熟，运行最为可靠，应用也最为广泛。
  因此决定采用石灰石/石灰湿法抛弃法烟气脱硫处理技术对五星公司锅炉进行改造，本文首先介绍了该技术的化学原理，系统结构和工艺流程，然后提出了符合用户要求的初步改造方案、净化方案，并完成了改造工程的初步设计
